THE PHOTOSHOOT!!!!!
SO...the photo shoot has happened. My friends came over at 2 and we all got ready and dressed to go outside and begin taking pictures. All the outfits had been laid out on my bed and the makeup went all on my dining table (Shout out to my friends for bringing their own makeup, because I did not have any makeup for them). What I was most nervous about was the weather since I was scared it could rain, but thankfully it was sunny the whole day up to sundown. We took the photos with my phone and in pictures where all three of us were shown we put a timer setting on the camera so it could capture the picture without needing someone else to come and take them. All of the pictures were taken outside while the sun was still out, since I did not want no flash photography.
The Pictures:
We took pictures in every single corner of my building, in the blank walls, by the fence, out on the street. We ended up taking 486 pictures and finished the whole photo shoot at 6. We did 3 outfit changes each and took a break after the second outfit change for about 20 minutes. We got to home so tired. I knew this going to be a long process, but never did I imagine it would leave us so dead. Nonetheless, I had the funnest time and so did they. THIS is something I have always wanted to do and I am so passionate about design and art so getting the opportunity to do something like this was so exiting to me. Also having all my ideas come to life right before my eyes was the coolest thing ever and I am truly pleased with how the photos all came out and my friends even told me we should do this again. Now the hardest thing has been choosing between the wide range of photos and poses I have. I have narrowed it down to 77 images, but still do not know which photos are going to go where in my magazine. I am conflicted on whether for the cover I use a picture including all three of us or our individual photos, but we will see.
